about internship opportunities. I'D LIKE TO INTERN AT THE HIVE. HOW DO I GO ABOUT IT? - First of all consider if The Hive is actually the right place for you. We have strong ties to the indie-rock community and roots in underground music. We have no desire to work with rock stars or become rich and famous producers. We strive to make timeless albums and dedicated clients. The ideal intern would share our passion and approach to music and would be familiar with the bands we work with. Since we operate as a collective, the ideal intern would be self-motivated and genuinely interested in The Hive in the long-term. We want to work with people who can go on to fill the ranks, rather than take the garbage out. We want people who will bring creative ideas and energy, rather than coffee. If this sounds like you, the next step would be to send us an email describing yourself and why you think we would be a match made in heaven. Please DO NOT call the studio asking to intern.
